About EASTEAM

EASTEAM is a New York-based contemporary womenswear brand and creative house built around the idea that clothing, story, and image should all feel like they were made to love you. Our work spans an original womenswear label sold direct-to-consumer and through wholesale, an AI editorial production studio, and an AI talent agency serving fashion and lifestyle brands. We operate bilingually across the US, China, and the EU, with a small, founder-led team that moves fast across design, production, content, and partnerships.

The role

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to support the Founder and leadership team. This is an unusually broad seat for an intern: you'll get visibility into how a modern fashion brand, a creative studio, and an AI services business are run side by side, as we prepare the SS26 launch and scale our AI services arm. Note: this is an unpaid position offered for college credit. Strong performers will be considered for paid part-time or full-time roles as we grow.

What you'll do
  • Manage the Founder's calendar and coordinate meetings across US, China, and EU time zones.
  • Prepare and organize internal documents, decks, briefs, and reports (Google Workspace and Notion).
  • Draft and triage correspondence on behalf of the Founder — vendor, partner, and team communication.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals across design, production, content, and marketing.
  • Assist with research (trends, competitors, vendors, partnership prospects) and synthesize clear summaries.
  • Take notes, log action items in Notion, follow up on deadlines, and help onboard new interns and contractors.
  • Support photoshoot, lookbook, and AI editorial production setups and seasonal launch events.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Fashion Business, Project Management, or related.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to keep many moving pieces tidy.
  • Strong written and verbal English; bilingual English/Mandarin a strong plus given our China operations.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack (Shopify and Klaviyo a plus).
  • Discretion with confidential business, client, and partner information, and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-haves
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or AI creative tools (Midjourney, Kling, or similar).
  • Experience with Instagram, TikTok, or Xiaohongshu.
  • Prior experience supporting a founder, executive, or small creative team.
What we offer
  • Direct mentorship from the Founder and exposure to leadership across a brand, studio, and AI agency.
  • Hands-on work on real launches, client work, and campaigns — not coffee runs.
  • A clear path to develop project-management and cross-cultural skills, with strong potential for paid conversion.
