Shipping
Our standard operating days are Monday to Friday, and we offer delivery through UPS on weekdays from 9am to 7pm CST. For orders placed on business days before 11am CST, we ensure same-day fulfillment and shipping. Orders placed after 11am CST will be fulfilled and shipped on the next business day. If you place an order after 11am CST on Fridays or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), it will be shipped out on Monday.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on US domestic orders over $150 and international orders over $500, the shipping fee will be automatically waived at checkout. For orders that do not meet these thresholds, the shipping cost will be determined based on the selected shipping method. To view the specific shipping cost, kindly refer to the shipping method options during the checkout process.
Please keep in mind that shipping times may be subject to increase during high demand periods. We strive to fulfill and deliver your orders in a timely manner, but we appreciate your understanding and patience if there are any delays during busy periods.
In the event of a high volume of orders, there is a possibility of slight delays in shipments. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during such periods. Please allow for additional days in transit for the delivery of your order. Rest assured, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will promptly notify you via email. Pre-order
Pre-orders are meticulously processed and typically completed within a timeframe of approximately 4 to 8 weeks. We fully recognize and appreciate your excitement and anticipation for your product. Our commitment is to fulfill pre-orders with the utmost efficiency and care. Our dedicated team is actively engaged in ensuring that your pre-ordered items are thoroughly prepared, carefully packaged, and dispatched within the estimated timeframe provided.
However, on rare occasions, pre-orders may exceed the initially stated period of 4 to 8 weeks. This could be due to several factors, including but not limited to, production delays, supply chain issues, or unexpected demand surges. We are committed to transparency and communication and will endeavor to inform you promptly of any such delays. Additionally, we will provide regular updates regarding the status of your order and any changes to the delivery schedule.
Pre-orders can only be canceled or modified within 7 days after purchase. If you need to make any changes or cancel your pre-order within this period, you can do so directly through your online profile by simply logging into your account and making the necessary changes. International Customers:
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping, aiming to reach as many countries as possible. We understand that some of you may not find your country listed on our website just yet, but please know that we are diligently working to include more countries and make our products accessible to a global audience.

Please be aware that for all international orders, customs duties may apply. As the recipient, you are responsible for all costs associated with customs duties and import taxes. For international orders, if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available. However, if the total value of the in-stock items exceeds $500 USD, we will ship the in-stock items separately, and the pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Delivery
For the security and protection of your package, an Indirect Signature might be required from the recipient at the designated delivery address for all orders. This means upon delivery of your package, someone at the address will need to sign for it to confirm its safe receipt. Even if a recipient release is on file for deliveries to nonresidential addresses, the Indirect Signature Required policy takes precedence.
If there is no one available at the address during the initial delivery attempt, our shipment carrier will make subsequent delivery attempts to ensure that you receive your package. Rest assured that this requirement is in place to ensure the successful and secure delivery of your order.
Damages
While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders, EASTEAM cannot be held responsible for any products that may be damaged or lost during the shipping process. In the rare event that you receive a damaged order, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. They will guide you through the necessary steps to initiate the claims process and seek appropriate compensation.
