The following Terms and Conditions, along with any guidelines, policies, and future modifications posted on this website (collectively, the “Terms”), constitute a binding legal agreement between EASTEAM and you, the visitor or customer, governing your access to and use of all content, software, functionalities, and services — including the purchase of products — on the EASTEAM website at www.easteamny.com and any related micro-sites or platforms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OR OUR PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
1. Modifications to These Terms and Conditions
EASTEAM reserves the right to alter, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by publishing the modifications on the Services. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Access to the Site
You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the technical requirements to access and use the Site. We may occasionally restrict access to specific features, sections, or content — or the entire Site — for business or operational reasons.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. If you receive login credentials (e.g., username, password, or verification code), you must keep them confidential. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. In the event of any unauthorized use or security breach, you agree to notify us promptly at support@easteamny.com. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of your account. EASTEAM disclaims liability for losses arising from your failure to comply with this section.
4. Privacy Policy

By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement.
5. Products
All products available for purchase on the EASTEAM website are designed, produced, and sold exclusively by us. We take pride in offering original, high-quality pieces reflecting our brand’s values of craftsmanship, individuality, and innovation.
While we strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free at all times. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly in color based on screen settings and lighting.
Measurements and sizing information are general guidelines and may vary due to materials and construction. We encourage customers to consult our size guide or contact support for personalized assistance.
EASTEAM reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing or information error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any affected orders.
Pre-Order Products
Certain products are offered on a pre-order basis, meaning items are produced to order following purchase confirmation. Pre-order estimated ship times are displayed on the product page and typically range from 2–6 weeks. Pre-order items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately upon order confirmation. This policy supports our sustainability commitment to made-to-order manufacturing, which reduces overproduction and textile waste.
Sale & Discounted Items
All items purchased at a discounted price — including during promotional events, seasonal sales, markdowns, or with a discount or coupon code — are considered Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless a defect or shipping error is confirmed by EASTEAM.
6. Trademark Information
All names, graphics, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, commercial markings, trade dress, service names, service marks, and logos associated with the Services are trademarks of EASTEAM or its licensors (collectively, the “Trademarks”). These Trademarks may not be used to disparage EASTEAM or its affiliates, or in any manner that could damage the goodwill of the Trademarks or cause confusion among consumers.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed do not include applicable sales tax or delivery costs, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. EASTEAM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Payment must be made in full using the available methods at checkout before an order is confirmed and processed.
Only one discount or promotional code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to already-placed orders. EASTEAM does not offer price matching with any other retailer.
If a customer suspects an incorrect charge or double billing, they must contact support@easteamny.com immediately with their order number and a description of the discrepancy. EASTEAM will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Security and Availability
Access to our website is provided free of charge. However, we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict availability of all or part of the website for business or operational reasons without notice.
We take reasonable measures to maintain the security of our website and protect your order and payment information. Nevertheless, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and account credentials. EASTEAM implements industry-standard security protocols; however, no digital transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
9. Buying Products on Our Website
You are not required to create an account before placing an order. For your convenience, an account will be automatically created using the email address provided at checkout, allowing you to access order history, track shipments, and manage preferences.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout — including email address, shipping details, and contact information — is accurate and current. EASTEAM reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if inaccurate information is detected or misuse is suspected.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming its receipt. Your order is accepted only after full payment is received and product availability is confirmed. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent. Acceptance of your order forms a legally binding contract between you and EASTEAM LLC.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation may be possible only if the order has not yet entered fulfillment or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact support@easteamny.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed. If a delivered item is unwanted, customers may initiate a return subject to our Returns Policy (Section 14).
10. Site Content
All content on this Site — including information, data, software, text, design elements, graphics, images, photographs, videos, logos, icons, Trademarks, and other materials (collectively, “Content”) — is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property laws. EASTEAM owns or licenses all Content on this Site.
EASTEAM grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to view, reproduce, print, and distribute Site Content solely through a standard consumer web browser for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Any use beyond this — including commercial reproduction, framing, or modification — requires prior written permission from EASTEAM.
11. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites, services, or platforms. These links are provided solely for convenience. EASTEAM does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of such links is at your own risk and governed by the applicable third-party terms.
12. Shipping and Delivery
EASTEAM ships worldwide. We are committed to processing and dispatching orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing, and factors beyond our control.
Processing Schedule
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT, UTC+8). Orders placed before 11:00 AM HKT on a business day are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM HKT, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Ground Shipping (5–10 business days): $20 USD for orders under $149 USD; Free for orders $149 USD and above.
- Express Shipping (2–5 business days): $50 USD surcharge, available upon request by contacting support@easteamny.com before your order is processed. Rates and availability may vary by location.
- Customs Duties: EASTEAM covers customs duties on all international orders.
- Some remote areas or international destinations may require up to 15 business days for delivery.
Express shipping is not available at checkout and must be arranged manually with the support team prior to order processing. EASTEAM cannot guarantee express delivery timelines for all destinations.
Delivery & Signatures
An indirect signature may be required at delivery, particularly for non-residential addresses. If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will make additional attempts or redirect the package to a nearby access point. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery, the customer is responsible for applicable re-shipping fees. EASTEAM is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to customer-provided address errors.
EASTEAM cannot be held accountable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit. Any import taxes, duties, or fees beyond those covered by EASTEAM are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
13. Lost or Stolen Packages
EASTEAM takes every precaution to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, EASTEAM is no longer responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items.
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Verifying the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
- Checking with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
- Inspecting less-visible areas such as porches, mailrooms, lobbies, or behind planters.
If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us at support@easteamny.com within 7 business days of the delivery scan. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide relevant documentation.
Please note:
- Claims must be submitted within the timeframe set by the carrier (typically 7–15 days of the marked delivery date).
- The resolution of claims, including any compensation, is subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome.
- EASTEAM is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or misdeliveries resulting from incorrectly provided shipping information.
- EASTEAM strongly recommends that customers photograph their packages upon receipt for evidence in the event of a loss claim.
14. Returns Policy
Return Eligibility & Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
- Original tags are still attached.
- Item is in its original packaging.
- Footwear and accessories are returned in original boxes inside a protective shipping box.
- Security tags, if applicable, remain intact.
Items purchased during promotions, sales, with discount codes, or marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange (see Section 5).
If returned items do not meet the above conditions, EASTEAM reserves the right to deduct from the refund an amount reflecting the diminished value, up to the full price of the item.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Log into your account, go to Order History, select the relevant order, click ‘Request Return,’ and choose a return reason. Allow 1–3 business days for review.
Step 2: Once approved, return instructions will be sent by email. Ship the item using a trackable carrier and provide your return tracking number and order number to support@easteamny.com.
Alternatively, email support@easteamny.com to initiate a return. EASTEAM does not include return slips in shipments.
Refunds — Store Credit Only
All approved returns are refunded as store credit only. Refunds to original payment methods are not available under any circumstances. Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and can be applied in full at checkout on easteamny.com.
Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days of return approval, after inspection of the returned item (up to 7 days after receipt). Credit may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect (see Section 17). Domestic customers returning defective items will receive a prepaid return label. International customers returning defective items may arrange their own shipment and submit verified costs to EASTEAM for reimbursement via PayPal.
EASTEAM is not liable for returned packages that are lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Cancellation / Cooling-Off Period
EASTEAM operates a 7-day return window from delivery. This is a shorter window than the statutory 14-day cooling-off period that may apply in certain jurisdictions. Customers in the European Union or other regions with statutory consumer rights may be entitled to additional protections under local law notwithstanding this policy.

15. Promotions, Discount Codes & First-Time Offer
First-Time Customer Discount
New customers are entitled to 10% off their first order when they sign up for the EASTEAM newsletter. The discount code is delivered via email upon sign-up. First-time discount codes are non-transferable, single-use, and cannot be combined with other offers.
General Discount Codes
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively.
- Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
- Items purchased with a discount code are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Codes are subject to expiry dates, minimum order values, and eligibility restrictions as stated at the time of issue.
Promotional Events & Sales
During promotional events, seasonal sales, and markdowns, all items sold at discounted prices are Final Sale. EASTEAM reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
16. Affiliate Program Terms
EASTEAM offers an Affiliate Program designed to reward content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors who drive qualified sales through tracked referral links or coupon codes.
Eligibility & Enrollment
Participation requires application and approval by EASTEAM. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our sole discretion without providing justification.
Commission & Performance Tiers
Affiliates earn commission on net referred sales (excluding returns, shipping, and taxes). Commission rates may vary based on tier, campaign, or promotional period. EASTEAM reserves the right to modify rates or requirements at any time with prior notice.
Tracking & Attribution
Affiliate links are tracked via browser cookies active for 30 days. Commissions are credited for purchases completed within this tracking window. EASTEAM is not responsible for lost tracking due to third-party browser settings, ad blockers, or customer behavior.
Payout & Thresholds
Commissions are paid monthly via the affiliate’s selected payment method. Minimum payout thresholds may apply. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate tax and payment information.
Content Usage & Buyout Rights
By participating in the Affiliate Program, you grant EASTEAM full commercial rights and a lifetime global buyout to all content created in collaboration with or in promotion of EASTEAM — including photos, videos, testimonials, and captions. EASTEAM may use such content across all media and channels, including advertising, packaging, retail, email, and social media, without additional compensation.
Affiliates must disclose their relationship with EASTEAM in all promotional content, in compliance with applicable FTC guidelines and relevant advertising standards.
Brand Use & Conduct
Affiliates must represent the EASTEAM brand truthfully and respectfully. Misleading claims, false advertising, or brand impersonation will result in immediate removal from the program.
Termination
EASTEAM may remove affiliates from the program at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for removal include non-compliance, unethical conduct, inactivity, or brand misrepresentation.
17. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@easteamny.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue and your order number. EASTEAM will review your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
EASTEAM will cover return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Domestic customers will receive a prepaid return label. International customers may arrange shipment and submit verified receipts for reimbursement via PayPal.
Customers must inspect items promptly upon delivery and retain original packaging, tags, and all materials for at least 7 days as they may be required for a carrier or insurance claim.
18. Restrictions on Use
By using our Services, you agree not to:
- Reproduce, modify, upload, transmit, sell, license, rent, or distribute any content from the Services without prior written authorization from EASTEAM.
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Services.
- Use framing techniques or similar methods to misrepresent the source or affiliation of the Services.
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data-mining applications to access, monitor, copy, or interfere with the Services.
- Overload or place a disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including violation of intellectual property rights or distribution of malicious code.
- Engage in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against any person or group.
19. Sustainability Commitment
Sustainability is a core value at EASTEAM, integrated into our materials, production, and logistics.
- Packaging: All boxes, padding, and paper inserts are 100% recyclable. Plant-based, compostable alternatives replace traditional plastics wherever possible.
- Production: Many garments are made-to-order to prevent overproduction and textile waste. Production partners are selected based on ethical labor practices and sustainable sourcing.
- Materials: Sustainable fabrics include recycled fibers, organic textiles, and biodegradable blends.
EASTEAM’s made-to-order model is the reason pre-orders are non-cancellable — production begins immediately upon confirmed demand, eliminating excess inventory.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
EASTEAM provides this Site and all content, materials, products, and services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, unless otherwise stated in writing. EASTEAM makes no express or implied warranties regarding the operation of this Site or any products or services offered.
EASTEAM disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. EASTEAM does not warrant that the Site, servers, or communications sent from EASTEAM are free of viruses or harmful components.
EASTEAM will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or any products or services offered through it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, EASTEAM’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply.
21. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
In the event of a dispute, EASTEAM encourages customers to first contact us at support@easteamny.com so we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of notification.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to them or your use of the EASTEAM platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York City, New York. By using our Services, you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
22. Miscellaneous
Force Majeure
EASTEAM shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or technical disruptions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any additional policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between EASTEAM and you regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
Waiver
The failure of EASTEAM to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right unless acknowledged in writing by EASTEAM.
Assignment
EASTEAM may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without EASTEAM’s prior written consent.
Electronic Communications
By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from EASTEAM. These communications may include notices about your account, orders, and updates to our policies. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
