How to Return
At EASTEAM, we’re committed to creating a seamless and customer-focused shopping experience. Our hassle-free Returns Service is designed to offer peace of mind and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not offer refunds to original payment methods, we gladly provide store credit for all eligible returns. This credit can be used toward future purchases and will be issued once your return has been reviewed and approved.
Return Window
If, upon receiving your order, you find that it does not fully meet your expectations, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. We strongly encourage you to try on the item(s) promptly upon arrival to ensure they meet your preferences in terms of fit, style, and comfort. Should you decide the item isn’t the right match, please submit a return request as soon as possible to ensure your return falls within our policy window. Requests submitted after the 14-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for return.
Return Request
All returns must begin with a formal return request. You can submit your request either through your online EASTEAM account (see instructions below) or by emailing our customer support team at support@easteamny.com. Once your request is received, our team will review it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions via email to guide you through the next steps.
Packaging
Please ensure that all return items are carefully packed in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. This helps us process your return efficiently and ensures the items remain in resaleable condition. For more details, please review our full Return Policy below.
Shipping Your Return
Once your return request has been approved, you will be responsible for selecting a shipping carrier of your choice to send the item back to us. After the item has been shipped, please reply to the return instruction email or contact us at support@easteamny.com with your return tracking number and order number. This information allows us to monitor your return shipment and ensure a smooth inspection process upon its arrival.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely. Please note that EASTEAM is not liable for any lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. If needed, we advise purchasing shipping insurance for added protection. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any return shipping fees.

Safety & Return Processing
Please ensure your return package is securely sealed and properly protected to prevent damage during transit. Hand the parcel directly to your selected courier and request a receipt or proof of shipment as confirmation. This documentation may be required if there are any issues with the return. Once your returned item has been received, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect the product and process your store credit. You will be notified via email once the return has been successfully completed.
Once we receive the returned package, our dedicated team will process the return and initiate any applicable refunds or exchanges as per our return policy. Self Return
EASTEAM provides a simple and easy self-return process. We recommend our customers initiate a return by submitting a request for a Return Authorization through their EASTEAM account. Adhering to a strict no-paper policy to reduce waste, our shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.

- Use the email address you placed the order with to log in.
- You will receive a 6-digit verification code via email.
Locate Your Order:
- Once logged in, find your order listed by the date.
Request a Return:
- Click on the order you’d like to return and select “Request Return.”
- Choose your reason for the return. Please note that a reason is required to process your return. If no reason is provided, we have the right to reject the return. If you select "Other," please write your reason in the notes section.
Submit Your Request:
- Click the “Request Return” button on the right-hand side.
- Congratulations! You have successfully requested a return.
Review and Approval:
- Please allow us 1-3 business days to review your return request. In some cases, we may ask you to provide additional photos or videos to support your request.
Return Approval:
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a return instruction.
Pre-orders
We would like to kindly inform you that due to the unique nature of our products, pre-orders are non-refundable. Many of our pieces are handcrafted with utmost care and dedication, requiring significant time and effort from our skilled artisans. This meticulous process ensures that each item meets our high standards of quality and exclusivity. We understand that selecting the right size can be challenging, and we want to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. To assist you in making the best choice, we encourage you to carefully review the size information provided on our website. Final Sale
All sale or discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. This policy applies to any product purchased during promotional events, markdowns, or with discount codes unless otherwise stated. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and reach out to our customer service team at support@easteamny.com for assistance before completing a sale item purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept this final sale policy.
Return Policy
- Upon receiving your delivery, we kindly request that you carefully inspect all items before removing any attached tags or disposing of the original packaging. It is important to thoroughly check each item to ensure it meets your expectations and is in satisfactory condition.
- To be eligible for a full refund credit, all items must be returned in their original state, which includes being unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. Additionally, any applicable tags must still be attached to the items.
- Please note that we can only facilitate returns from within the same country to which your order was originally delivered. If you need to return your purchase from a different country, additional import duties may apply.
- For beachwear, it is important that the Hygiene Adhesive Strip remains attached in order to process the return.
- If your purchase includes any designer packaging, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, or leather tags, we kindly ask that you include them in the return package, as they are considered part of the product.
- To ensure the safe transit of footwear and accessories, please return them unmarked, unscuffed, and in their original undamaged boxes. It is recommended to place the original packaging inside a protective shipping box for added protection during transit.
- We highly recommend using the original packaging when returning items to ensure their necessary protection during transportation.

Refund
- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we are pleased to offer a full refund as store credit of the product(s) price. However, it's important to note that deductions may be made from the refund amount if there is evidence of use or damage to the product(s). We encourage you to refer to our refund policy mentioned above to understand our standards regarding product condition for returns.
- Please be advised that products purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. Any items marked as discounted are considered final sale and cannot be returned. We encourage our customers to review their selections carefully before making a purchase, as these terms apply to all discounted items. Thank you for understanding our policy on sale products, as these transactions are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds will be issued to you as store credit, you will have this info saved to your account, and we’ll also email your store credit code, please save this info somewhere, an expiration date of one year will be applied to finish using your store credit. We strive to process refunds promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance. The credit can be used toward any future purchase on easteamny.com. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will strive to process your store credit promptly and efficiently.

Store Credit Refund Process
- To begin the refund process, please return the items to us. Upon receipt of your returned items, we will conduct an inspection within 1-3 business days.
- If your return meets our policy criteria, we will then initiate the refund process.
- Should the return fail to comply with our policy, EASTEAM reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect the returned item's condition or policy breach.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to be processed and reflected in your account. Store credit balance can be viewed by logging into your account.

How to Use Your Store Credit:
1. Log into your account.
2. At checkout, select "Apply Store Credit" as your payment method.
3. Store credit will automatically apply to your order total.
4. If your order total is greater than your store credit, you can use your full store credit and pay the remaining balance with another payment method.
5. If there is leftover store credit after your purchase, it will remain available for your next order.
6. Store credit must be used in full when applied to an order -- partial use is not available.
