Social Media Content Creator
EASTEAM is a New York-based contemporary womenswear brand and creative house built around the idea that clothing, story, and image should all feel like they were made to love you. Our work spans an original womenswear label sold direct-to-consumer and through wholesale, an AI editorial production studio, and an AI talent agency serving fashion and lifestyle brands. We operate bilingually across the US, China, and the EU, with a small, founder-led team that moves fast across design, production, content, and partnerships.

- Stay on top of the latest trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments — especially in the U.S. market.
- Spot relevant events and opportunities early and turn them into timely, on-brand content.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar with a steady, fresh cadence of posts.
- Track performance and double down on what works to grow engagement and conversions.
- A keen, discerning eye for creative and unique content.
- Always plugged into recent trends and noteworthy events, with a focus on the U.S. scene.
- Strong instincts for what makes content shareable and engaging.
- A clear sense of how to research, develop, and land a content concept.
- A portfolio of past content or creative work (a significant plus).
- An art background or formal creative training.
- AI skill set, including AI content and image-generation experience (a plus).
- Full-time commitment to the brand.
- Able to work hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDT).
- Reliable internet and your own computer suitable for content creation and AI tools.
- Strong written English and dependable, responsive communication.
- Organized handling of files and assets following our naming and folder conventions.
