EASTEAM ships worldwide. Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $149 USD; for orders below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the method you select. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock orders placed before 11:00 AM CST on a business day are processed and shipped the same day; orders placed after that ship the next business day. Delivery times vary by destination, and in rare cases such as remote areas or customs clearance, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

How do pre-orders and made-to-order items work?

Pre-order and made-to-order pieces are typically fulfilled within 3 to 6 weeks. If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, they usually ship together once the pre-order piece is ready. Please note that pre-orders are non-refundable, as each piece is made to order.

What is EASTEAM's return and refund policy?

You may cancel your order any time before delivery and up to 14 days after receiving it. After notifying us, return the item(s) within 14 days in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
